Web Desk (August 31, 2017): Second spell of Monsoon rains in the coastal belt of Sindh and Balochistan have badly affected the daily life. Major cities like Karachi and Hyderabad are facing worse situation since last night. Many areas of Metropolis are completely under water and life is paralyzed in almost all parts of city.
