Charsadda (September 20, 2017): A man was killed and two others including a woman were injured when rivals opened indiscriminate fire on a man, his wife, and his brother-in-law in front of court complex here.
The armed men started shooting indiscriminately on the rivals who were being brought to the court for hearing.
According to details a man Wisal Shah had appeared at Charsadda court complex along with his wife Sumaira and brother-in-law Junaid Shah was targeted by the rivals outside the court while returning home after the hearing.
Junaid Shah died from the firing while Wisal Shah and his wife were injured.
The suspects managed to flee after the firing.
The body of the ceased and the injured couple were taken to hospital.
Police attributes the incident to old enmity. It has registered a case under injured Wisal’s name and investigations are underway.
