Lahore (September 28, 2017): Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif met with deposed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif before his departure for London at his residence Jati Umera, the second meeting apiece in two days and left Jati Umera via helicopter.
Sources said that Punjab Chief Minister called on his elder brother at Jati Umrah and discussed with him overall political situation of them country, NAB cases against the Sharif family and other issues.
The meeting lasted three hours and issues related to national political situation also came under discussion.
Sources said that during the meeting that lasted for four-and-a-half-hour the two leaders discussed the cases being faced by the Sharif family and party matters.
After the meeting, the Punjab chief minister had left for Jati Umra residence.
The two had held about two-hour long meeting yesterday at Model Town wherein they had discussed the NAB cases and Sharif family’s strategy regarding the different political and legal challenges it was facing.
It is to be mentioned here that Nawaz Sharif scheduled to leave for London today to see his ailing wife Begum Kulsoom whose condition has deteriorated.
