Lahore (August 25, 2017): A local court here sent man to jail on 14-day judicial remand over dengue larva found at his home.
According to details Judicial MagistrateZeb Shahzad Cheema sent suspect Muhammad Shahzad to jail on judicial remand under the provisions of the Dengue Act.
According to prosecution a Dengue Inspection Team had discovered dengue larva at suspect Shahzad’s house. The prosecution asked the court to take action aganst the suspect under the Dengue Act.
Race Course police station submitted the challan of the case against suspect Shahzad to the court.
After hearing the arguments of the prosecution the court sent Shahzad to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
