Peshawar (May 18, 2017): Peshawar Department of Health, once again staged protest in favor of their demands and the protesters also chanted slogans against provincial government.
Department of Health and different government hospital employees under Health Employees Coordination Council staged protest for the acceptance of their demands in Jinnah Park. A large number of women including the employees from different government hospitals of KPK participated in the protest. The protesters lifted placards in their hands and were chanting slogans to fulfill their demands.
Government hospitals operations were badly affected due to employees strike. The protesters demanded to immediately approve Health Professional allowance and to withdraw cases registered against the employees.
