JIT Reached at same Conclusion as 2 SC Judges:Baber,Fawad

Islamabad (July 17, 2017): Talking to media after today’s hearing of the three-member Panama case implementation bench of the Supreme Court the PTI leaders Fawad Choudhary and Baber Awan said that the JIT reached at the same conclusion, where two judges of Five member bench have already reached.

It may be mentioned here that Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Gulzar Ahmad had accepted the various petitions that sought disqualification of Prime Minister.

The two judges had said in their verdict that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was not ‘Trustworthy” and “Honest” and could no more be trusted with his office because these are the prerequisites for position he holds.

Baber Awan said that all that is needed for the Supreme Court to adopt the ‘Go Nawaz Go’ slogan is one more judge to rule against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

“Two out of five judges of the Supreme Court already believe PM should be disqualified. If one more judge rules for the PM’s disqualification then [we will hear] ‘Go Nawaz Go’ [chants] from the Supreme Court as well,” he said while speaking to media during the apex court’s hearing of Panama case post-JIT report.

Awan asserted that the entire nation has full confidence in the Supreme Court and its proceedings in the high-profile case.

“We trust the Supreme Court. The entire nation, the PTI, the lawyers, everyone stands with the court,” he said, adding that Maryam group has defeated Nawaz Group within PML-N.

Talking to media leader of PTI Fawad Chaudhary said that the letter from the Qatari prince has turned out to be a bundle of lie. The JIT has arrived at the same conclusion that the two judges of the five member bench of the apex court that heard the Panamagate case had arrived, he added.
