Karachi (September 20, 2017): The local court has granted the bail to the accused couple allegedly involved in maid murder in surety of Rs 300,000 each till September 23.
According to details accused Hassan Mazhar and Nighat Bibi has approached the court for bail before arrest and filed plea in murder of Fatima, on which additional judge south has granted them bail till September 23.
According to police couple- Hassan Mazhar and Nighat Bibi- were allegedly involved in torture and killing of their girl maid, Fatima.
The tortured dead body of Fatima, 18, was found from their bungalow on Saturday, however both denied her murder and claimed she took her life herself, while Jinnah Hospital Medical Legal Officer (MLO) has also attempted to prove it as suicide.
However, medical board autopsy reported revealed that she was tortured to death, on which Gizri police has registered case against the couple.
