Swat (October 20, 2017): Earthquake of moderate intensity jolted Swat and adjoining area here on Friday.
As per details a moderate intensity earthquake hit Swat and adjoining areas which sent a wave of fears among the residents of the scenic valley.
Soon after the quake jolted the area, residents rushed out of their homes and office to safe places by reciting verses from holy Quran.
The intensity of the quake was 4.4 at Richter Scale.
No report of casualty and damages to property has yet been received from any area of the Valley.
