KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism court of Karachi has issued arrest warrants of MQM founder including Farooq Sattar, Amir Liaquat and Shahid Pasha in rebellion and riot case.
MQM leaders Qamar Mansoor, Shahid Pasha Gulfaraz Khattak including other accused appeared in ATC for hearing related to rebellion and riot case, during which court issued arrest warrants of MQM Pakistan chief Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan and Shahid Pasha. The court also ordered SSP Malir Rao Anwar to arrest the accused and present them in court on April 6.
Meanwhile, Artillery Ground police also submitted report of declaring Farooq Sattar and other accused wanted in ATC. According to report, Ashraf Noor, Arif Khan and Akram Rajput including 11 accused are wanted, against whom advertised have been published in different newspapers.
The court declared Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan including MQM Founder and eight other fugitive accused as wanted.
