Islamabad (August 5, 2017): The ouster Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif scheduled visit on Sunday from Islamabad to Lahore via motorway has been delayed and now he will leave Islamabad on August 9, Wednesday through GT Road.
The decision was taken in PML-N consultative meeting, told by the special assistant to former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Asif Kirmani.
“After the consultation with party high ups, parliamentarians and provincial member assemblies and others, party has decided former PM will leave for Lahore on August 9 at 9am, Wednesday via GT Road instead motorway.

Nawaz Sharif’s first brief stop will be at Jehlum, where he will be warmly welcomed by the PML-N workers.
Earlier, Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was given a rousing welcome by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz workers and supporters, when he reached Islamabad from Murree on Saturday.
A large number of PML-N workers and supporters accorded warm welcome to the former PM and threw rose petals on the motorcade when he reached Bara Kahu from Murree.
