Pakistan blind cricket team depart for India to participate in World T-20 Championship

LAHORE: Pakistan blind cricket team has departed for India to participate in the World T20 Championship in India.

The 17-member national team left for India through Wahgah border with three official. Muhammad Jamil is leading the team.

Other players of the team include Anees Javed, Muhammad Ayaz, Sajid Nawaz, Amir Ashfaq, Riyasat Khan, Idrees Saleem, Zafar Iqbal, Ayub Khan, Bader Munir, Nasir Ali, Matiullah, Muhammad Akram, Muhsin Khan, Israr Hassain, Muhammad Ejaz and Sanaullah Khan.

The green shirt will play their first match of World T20 on Jan 30 against New Zealand. The tournament will be played from January 29 to February 12. Pakistan will play against arch rival India  o February 1, 20017.
