Pakistan Security Delegation Leaves for India to Talk BSF

Islamabad (November 8, 2017): The 19-member Pakistan delegation led by Director General Rangers Sindh on Wednesday left for India to dialogue with Indian Border Security Force (BSF) over the security issues, military media wing ISPR said in its release.

According to ISPR spokesperson the representatives of foreign office and anti-narcotics were also accompanied with the delegation.

The Pakistani delegation is headed by DG Pakistan Rangers (Sindh).“The delegation will discuss the issues of border security affairs during the meeting which will be held between November 8 to 10,” it said.

It is the 44th meeting of Pak-India dialogue and was held each year as the previous meeting was held in Pakistan.

The DG-level talks between the two sides are a bi-annual affair, but several times the meetings have not taken place due to a strain in relations between the two South Asian countries.
