Provocative, hate speech case: ATC dismays over Rao Anwar’s absence

 

An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued arrest warrant of MQM leader Farooq Sattar, Amir Khan, Dr Amir Liaqat, Khalid Maqbool and others in hate, provocative speech, by MQM founder Altaf Hussain, case while expressed anger over the absence of SSP Malir Rao Anwar.

MQM leader Qamar Mansoor, Shahid Pasha, Gulfraz Khattak, including  three women  57 accused appeared before the court as the hearing of the case started.

ATC judge got enraged over the absence of SSP Malir Rao Anwar and remarked that if police did not catch leaders than why workers are being punished.

Court also said accused leaders were coming on TV shows but police could not see them, however if police could not arrest them than police told in written to high up so that they arranged alternate arrangement.

Court ordered to produce accused in next hearing while court also rejecting bail plea of accused Muhammad Sharif and Zulfiqar has increased the bail money from one to two lacs.
