RIYADH: Saudi Arab’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud congratulated Donald Trump on his inauguration and swearing in as US president.
King Salman extended good wishes for Trump in his letter. He wished Trump’s success and Americans more progress. He said that Saudi Arabia and US could enhance cooperation in diverse fields.
Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Nayef and Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman also sent congratulatory letters to the new US President Donald Trump.
