PESHAWAR: 10 new additional judges of the Peshawar High Court have taken oath of office.
Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim took oath from new Additional Judges.
Justice Tariq Afridi, Justice Abdul Faliyaz, Justice Farah Jamshed, Justice Aamir Ullah, Justice Sabit Ullah Khan, Justice Salah Uddin, Justice Sadiq Ali and Justice Mudassar Amir took oath, Justice Aurangzeb and Justice Qazi Jawad Ehsan also took oath as Additional Judge.
After taking the oath of the new Additional Judges, the number of judges of the Peshawar High Court has increased to 23, the Judicial Commission approved 10 new additional judges for the Peshawar High Court.
Chief Justice Yahya Afridi approved the appointment of 10 additional judges for the Peshawar High Court at a Judicial Commission meeting on Saturday.
