KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange has made history by breaking all previous records, with the index reaching an all-time high of 123,000 points.
During the trading day, the index witnessed an increase of over 1,600 points. The bullish trend continued from the previous day as well, resulting in a boost in investors’ wealth.
On the other hand, the positive trend in the financial market persisted, with the value of the US dollar decreasing by 21 paisa in the interbank market.
According to the Pakistan Exchange Companies Association, the current exchange rate for the US dollar is trading at 282 rupees.
