Karachi: Bullet riddled dead body of driver of the PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh found near Agha Khail ground on the Super Highway this morning.
According to the Police, the firing incident occurred on Karachi’s Super Highway near Chakar Hotel, Agha Khail ground in which one person was killed while the deceased identified as Shahnawaz.
The police further added that the deceased had left his house early morning at 4 am while his body found near side of the road at 6:50 am.
It is suspected that the deceased was murdered at different location and his body was thrown near Agha Khail ground on the Super Highway, the police said.
For medical formality, the body has been shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital.
The family of the deceased apprised that he had no enmity with any one while he regularly had gone on to duty and come back.
Today at 4 am, he left his house to go for duty but we were informed about the dead body of him at 7 am, the family said.
Haleem Adil Sheikh apprised that the deceases was his driver from 20 years .Today he had left his home to reach his house on duty.
He said that the deceased motorcycle is missing but other valuables are present .While he said that he has asked to the high police officials to investigate his murder on the merit.
The PTI leader further apprised that the deceased never talked of any danger and threats to him, while it will be revealed after the investigation what is the reason behind his killing.
