N.WAZIRISTAN: Security forces eliminated 12 militants in an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Hassan Khel, North Waziristan District.
According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lance Naik Muhammad Ibrahim, a 34-year-old resident of District Hangu, fought with valour and embraced martyrdom during the operation.
The security forces recovered a significant cache of weapons and ammunition from the slain militants, who had actively engaged in terrorist activities against security personnel and had been responsible for the targeted killing of innocent civilians.
A clearance operation had been initiated to eradicate any remaining elements in there.
