The Government Economic Team has prepared initial plan for the selling Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) and after its completion the plan of PIA privatization will be presented to IMF over the next week.
However the team has decided to find out the strategic partner for PIA privatization, whereas PIA will be privatized as suitable strategic partner has found.
According to sources government will keep more shares of PIA in its possession despite privatisation while finance minister Ishaq Dar will present privatization plan before IMF over the next week.
