The Local court has sentenced three political activists to 19 years each in prison as prosecutions were registered on suspects of Police encounter, an attempted murder and arms act.
However Karachi’s local court has sentenced 19 years imprisonment each to political party’s accused Ikram, Nawaz Ali and Rahim as offense had proved in the case of police encounter, an attempted murder and arms act.
According to sources North Nazimabad Police had nabbed the accused in 2014 after encounter whereas huge cache of arms and bullets were recovered from accused possession.
