Mardan: At least two cops including 11 people were injured in remote controlled bomb blast outside shop in Khawaja Ganj Bazar area of Mardan while rescue teams carried out operation and transported injured to District Headquarter Hospital.
According to sources, remote controlled blast occurred almost at 8 am at busiest business centre in Khawaja Ganj Bazar as a result 2 police officials including 11 people were wounded whereas rescue teams shifted injured ones to district headquarter hospital, whereas according to hospital sources wounding condition is said to be out-of-danger.
After a blast, police cordoned off the area and started investigation meanwhile, security has been stringent of other city’ market right after the blast.
