The Court heard Abdullah’s handover case in Karachi City Court, during a hearing court ordered to hand over Abdullah to his grand-mother. Abdullah will be handed over to his granny from Edhi Home today.
However in handover of Abdullah case, his father Chaudhry Iqbal through his lawyer has recorded his statement in the court. A stance has made in the statement that i have no objection, if child remain to his granny, and decision for Abdullah’s being done in his wide interest as his nurturing could be done of his granny in a better way, on which court ordered to hand over the child to his grand-mother, whereas Abdullah to be summoned again, if needed.
