USA on top in Rio Olympics with 26 gold medals

The United States of America is on top in medal list of the Rio Olympics as it has won 26 gold medals while England threw China from second to third position after replacing its position. Kenya’s athlete Jemima Jelagat ruled marathon race while Chinese athletes in three-meter diving.

Kenyan lady Jemima Jelagat got gold medal, Bahrain’s Japcero kirwa won silver while Ethiopian Diabba won bronze medal.

England ended his 120 years wait in gymnastic floor exercise after its athlete Max Vitlok won gold medal in the game while Brazilian Diego got silver and his countryman Arthur Meriano took bronze medal.

America’s all round champion  Simon Boils added another gold medal to its country medal list after winning volt final whereas Russia’s Pasieka won silver and Switzerland’s Julia got third position.

France’s Charlain Pecon occupied gold medal in women sailing competitions while Chinese Chin Pena won silver and Russian Alfotena got bronze medal. On the other side man sailing competition, Netherland’s  Dorian Vien won gold medal while England’s Nick Dempsay got silver.

Both Gold and silver medals in women three meter spring board won by China.

The USA is leading the Rio Olympics medal table with 26 gold, the UK has thrown China to third position, both the countries have won 15 gold medals each, whereas, numbers of silver and bronze medals of England is higher than the china.
