An Anti terrorism Court (ATC) has approved bail petition of women workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement allegedly involved in attack on media house, while the court also ordered to give B class in jail to the MQM leader Kunwer Naveed Jameel and Shahid Pasha.
During the hearing in ATC the activists’ counsel argued that Sameera was in office and it could be checked through her office attendance while Rabia and Qurt Ul Ain are no connection in the incident occurred on August 22.
On the other hand, investigation officer of the case has submitted CCTV footage of the event in the court.
The court granted bail of all three female activist in exchange of 0.2 million bonds of each.
On the other hand the court also issued orders to give B class in jail to the MQM arrested leaders Kunwer Naveed and Shahid Pasha. Besides that other arrested persons of the case have been transferred to jail on judicial remand.
