Revealed: Govinda’s look from ‘Jagga Jasoos’
While fans are holding their breath for a rumoured Shah Rukh Khan cameo in ‘Jagga Jasoos’, a still from the film has made its way to the internet, showing us a glimpse of Govinda’s character in the film. The ‘Hero No. 1’ star had reportedly finished filming his scenes in 2015.
Govinda had refused claims that he will be a part of the film’s promotions, in an interview to Mumbai Mirror. He had also mentioned that his character barely has three or four scenes and he only has a friendly cameo in the film. It remains to be seen if Govinda will turn up for the film’s promotions, but this still has surely piqued our curiosity.

Marking Ranbir Kapoor’s foray into film production, Anurag Basu begun working on ‘Jagga Jasoos’ soon after the tremendously successful ‘Barfi!’. Ranbir Kapoor’s physical transformation
Ranbir started shooting for ‘Jagga Jasoos’ straight after ‘Bombay Velvet’ which saw him bulk up for his turn as a street fighter in the Anurag Kashyap directorial. Basu’s film required Ranbir to play a leaner 18-year-old, who’s looking for his father, thereby setting him up for a complete metamorphosis that sees him portray a character much younger than he actually is. Going by the initial trailers, the efforts appear to have paid off pretty well.
A first-of-its-kind musical
Anurag Basu has employed the musical genius of Pritam in his earlier works like ‘Gangster’, ‘Life in a… Metro’ and ‘Barfi!’. The two mavericks have collaborated for yet another time and the film’s soundtrack is reported to have as much as 29 songs on it. With ‘Ullu Ka Pattha’ and ‘Galti Se Mistake’ already making waves, the rest of the album is sure to left us spellbound with its impact on the film.
Ranbir – Katrina’s chemistry revived after 7 years
Previously seen together in Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ and Prakash Jha’s ‘Raajneeti’, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are set to share the silver screen after a gap of seven years. While their personal relationship may have soured during the shoot of the film, but their chemistry is still impeccable. The film just doesn’t stop at that, it features an eclectic mix of exotic animals like ostriches, meerkats, zebras, elephants and leopards making appearances as Kat and Ranbir raise the roof with their antics.
