LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has submitted visa applications of 27 players in England embassy for the cricket world cup.
According to PCB sources, visa applications of Wahab Riyaz, Asif Ali, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Abid Ali, Muhammad Rizwan have been submitted.
Visa applications of Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Baber Azam, Hassan Ali, Fahim Ashraf, Shadab Khan also submitted in the British embassy.
Umar Akmal visa application has also been submitted however his chances for inclusion in the team is very less.
It is likely that Muhammad Rizwan could be included in the team as a batsman while It is also possible that Abid Ali is included in the team as a third opener.
