2nd Test: Play Resumes After Being Delayed By Rain

Dubai (November 26, 2018): Play has begun on the third day after rain caused a delay in the match. While being at 24/0 currently, NewZealand openers are on the pitch after waiting long until the rain stopped.

However, this rain may have further dampened Pakistan’s hope of winning the test. Their slow run-rate in the first innings may come back to bite them.

Sohail scored his second Test hundred taking 309 balls to reach the three-figure mark. Babar Azam ably supported Sohail with the two so far adding 100 for the unfinished fifth wicket stand, taking Pakistan towards a strong first innings total.Pakistan trail the three-match series 1-0 after losing the first Test in Abu Dhabi by a narrow four-run margin. The teams return to the same venue for the final match from December 3 to 7.
