In Sudan, at least 300 people have so far been killed while over 3000 wounded in horrible violence between regular army and a paramilitary force.
In a tweet, the head of the World Health Organization, Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the lack of safe access, of electricity, food, water, personnel and diminishing medical supplies are making it nearly impossible for many health facilities to function whereas; there are thousands injured in need of urgent care.
The WHO chief reiterated his commitment to help those trapped by the fighting to seek refuge.
