Imad Wasim Out of National T20 due to Knee Injury

Karachi(November 10, 2017): Injuries continue to hunt Pakistan players day-by-day as all-rounder Imad Wasim has also been ruled out of cricket for one month owing to knee injury after pacer Usman Shinwari.

According to details, PCB asked Imad Wasim not to play any match unless medical report has come, however after revealing his report, doctors advised him to take one month rest due to which he won’t be able to represent National T20 cup and BPL.

Earlier this, Usman Shinwari is already out of the team for six month due to backache injury.

It is pertinent to mention here that a few days before PCB has stopped four cricketers-Babar Azam, Rumman Raees, Imad Wasim and Usman Shinwari unless they get medical clearance.

Beside this, other eight players viz; skipper Sarfraz Ahmed, Hasan Ali, Muhammad Amir, Shadab Khan, Shoaib Malik, Faheem Ashraf, Muhammad Hafeez and Fakhar Zaman were also instructed to take rest in order to avoid injuries ahead of National T20 which is scheduled to kick off on Saturday.
