Peshawar (September 29, 2017): At least five people were injured in blast on Peshawar’s Ring Road.
As per initial reports, a blast blast took place on Ring Road near MMC Hospital.

As a result, at least five people were injured who were shifted to a nearby hospital.
Soon after the blast police and law enforcement agencies personnel rushed to the site and cordoned off the area.
Rescuers also reached the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.
The nature of the blast and its target could not be ascertained immediately.
It is to be mentioned here that security is on high alert across the country in the wake of Ashura.
