Islamabad: A session court of Islamabad has rejected the police demand of giving Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Dr Shahabz Gill a seven day physical demand while the court ordered to send the PTI leader to jail on judicial reman.
The session court Islamabad heard the case pertaining to Shahbaz Gill physical remand. The counsel of Dr Shahbaz Gill, Faisal Chaudhry and Ali Bukhari appeared before the session court.
The police demanded more physical remand of seven-day as prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi said that there is a need of judicial remand in the case of possession of arms.
The prosecutor said that every day the police was interrogating the accused and the accused polygraphic test has to be conducted as well.
The court ordered to send Gill to prison on judicial remand.
