Islamabad: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has lauded Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s seniority cum merit based decision for the appointment on the vital posts of Pakistan Army.
The Finance Minister said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s appointment of Syed Asim Munir as the Chief of Army Staff and Sahir Shamshad Mirza as Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee is praiseworthy.

In a tweet on Thursday, he prayed for Pakistan and the new appointees.
Ishaq Dar further said that appointments in two vital posts of Pakistan army will be conducted till November 28. The Finance Minister said that if President created hurdle in the appointments then we have a plan 2.
He said that this appointments can be conducted on two different days. He hoped that all the process will be concluded till November 28.
