Karachi: Intermittent rains are continuing in Karachi from early morning somewhere heavy to some places light.
Owing to the showers the scorching heat force has broken in the metropolis and the weather turned pleasant.
It is predicted today that whole of the day the intermittent downpours will continue in the biggest city of the country.
Continues rains have inundated low lying areas while downpours continued in Dalmia, Rashid Minhas road, Sadar, I.I Chundrigar road and surrounding areas.
Whereas as dust and water turned one due to showers in Lyari, Khada Market, Shahra-e-Faisal, Tariq road, PECHS, airport, Malir Halt, Malir cantt and surrounding areas.
The meteorological department said that lashing clouds are present on the sky of Karachi owing to which intermittant rains will likely to continue in Karachi.
The city present temperature is 29 degree centigrade whereas it is expected that maximum temperature will remain 35 degree centigrade.
The showers also lashed in Kemari, Sultanabad, MT Khan road and surrounding areas besides that downpours also lashed in Baloch Colony, Mehmoadabad and Korangi.
Moreover, rains also poured in North Karachi and Shahra-e-Pakistan.
According to the met department the monsoon breeze will enter Sindh on August 4 which will result into heavy rains till August 6.
