Karachi:The rains unruffled in various areas of Karachi whereas but after rains at night rain water gathered at many roads of the city.
The rains water still are on the roads, Orangi Town, Nazimabad, North Nazimabad, Liaqutabad still water are on roads.
The NIPA round about also drowned in the rains, Model Colony, Quaid-abad, Malir 15, Kala Board water still gathered on the artieries.
The road going from Hassan Squar to Liaqutabad, hallow whole created owing to which the road was closed and flow of traffic is affected.
The meteorologists said that the low pressure of air causing rains is near Sindh which will likely result into whole day rains and intermittent rains at night
Under this system rains are likely to lash on August 12 and 13.
The met department apprised that last night from 8 pm to 8 am the highest quantity rains of 76.6 mm recorded in Nazimabad.
Besides that Surjani 72. 4, Quaidabad 61, Malir Halt 54. 1, Gulistan-e-Jauhar 39.6, Faisal Base 37, Old airport 49. 4, Jinnah Terminal 42.2 and Orangi Town 42 mm rains were recorded.
Moreover Gulshane Hadeed reported rains 35 mm, North Karachi, 34, Ibrahim Hyderi 13, Gulshan-e-Maymar 12, Kemari 7, Mauripur 5, Korangi 3.8, DHA and Sadar 2 mm each.
