Islamabad: Earthquake tremors felt in Islamabad on Thursday morning Whereas the jolts were also felt in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
People afraid of the earthquake left their houses and offices and covered places.
They started reciting the first Kalma.
The intensity of the earthquake was recorded 5.4 at Richter scale. The earthquake jolts were intensive however it have short duration.
The earthquake were felt in Swat, North Waziristan, Peshawar, Charsadda, Karak, Malakand, Kohat and Mardan.
The epicenter of the quake was Koh-e-Hindukash 215 Km under the ground.
