Islamabad: Chief Justice (CJ) Supreme Court ( SC)Justice Qazi Faez Isa has refused to take extension of his post.
The Journalists outside the SC building after conclusion of the full court reference on the start of new judicial year asked Justice Qazi Faez Isa ” Rana Sana Ullah is saying that if retirement age of all the judges be extended then CJ also agreed on taking extension.”
The CJ said “Bring Rana Sanaullah in front of me ,if any law formulated then I will no also take the extension.”
“Extend the tenure of judges but I will not accept it” the CJ said.
