Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan on Thursday approached the Supreme Court once again over awarding of special seats to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The ECP has filed another the clarification seeking petition in the SC wherein it is asked the top court to guide it after imposition of the Election amendment act and tell us we should follow July 12 verdict of the SC or the parliament act.
The petition further reads that when it previously approached the top court for the clarification there was no existence of the election amendment act.
Guide the ECP after the parliament has promulgated and imposed the election amendment act, the petition further reads.
