ISLAMABAD: Islamabad District and Sessions Court has issued non bailable arrest warrants for Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtun Khwa Ali Ameen Gandapur in illegal arms and liquor cases.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hussain Zaidi has issued non bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtun Khawa Chief Minister Ali Ameen Gandapur in a case registered at Bahara Police station regarding the recovery of illegal arms and liquor, despite multiple court summons Gandapur failed to appear before the court.
The Islamabad district and session court ordered the authorities to arrest Gandapur and produce him before the court on the next hearing, scheduled for October 12.
As per sources, Ali Ameen Gandapur repeatedly summoned by the court but did not appear, prompting the judge to issue the non bailable arrest warrant.
