Karachi: Section 144 imposed in Karachi from October 13 to October 17 for hiatus of five days.
Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi has issued a notification in this regard.
Under the imposition of section 144 holding political gatherings, rallies and procession will be banned.
The gathering of more than four person will be prohibited.
Commissioner Karachi clarifies that No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been issued to hold rally from Karachi Press Club to Teen Talwar.
Any person or group should avoid bringing out rally or staging protest on this route. Legal action will be taken over bringing rally or staging protest in the red zone.
The decision for imposing section 144 has been taken for ensuring law and order situation maintaining security.
