Islamabad: A traffic plan on occasion of Shanghai Cooperation Organization for Islamabad has been issued.
All the important roads in Islamabad will be closed for general public till October 16.
More than 1100 traffic personnel and officers will be on duty on small and large arteries in Islamabad.
Islamabad Expressway will be closed from Zero point to Koral. The traffic from coming and going to Rawalpindi will use 9th avenue.
Metro-bus service will be closed in twin cities from today (Monday) to October 17.
Traffic police have closed five areas in inter city which includes Koral round about , Gulzar Quaid, airport road, Chohan round about and Fauji tower round about.
According to traffic police these inter city areas will be closed from 11 am morning to 6 pm in evening.
