Islamabad: Over protest of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) across the country against the constitutional amendments compelled Islamabad administration sealing the red zone and placed containers in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Containers have put in place at entry and exit path of the garrison city while one side has left open for ensuring flow of the traffic.
Traffic is running on a single line at Sawan Camp in Rawalpindi while road going to Murerh Railway bridge round about to Liaqut Bagh is closed.
On the other hand, a heavy contingent of police deployed at Muree road, Liaqut Bagh, Shamsabad.
Whereas section 144 has been imposed in twin cities under which all political rallies, processions and political gatherings are banned.
