Noman Ali destroys England batting line as Pakistan clinch victory in 2nd test by 152 runs

Multan: Pakistan have clinched victory against England by 152 runs in second test while equaling the three-test match series 1-1.

England bowed out 144 in second innings while it had made 291 runs in the first innings.

Pakistan have won the home series after hiatus of 44 months.

Resuming the yesterday score of 36 off 2 England batters quickly and consecutively lost their wickets in the hands of Noman Ali, who took 8 wickets while he has taken 11 wickets in the test as he got three wickets in 1st innings.

While Sajid Khan got two wickets in the second innings while he total took 10 wickets as he got 7 wickets in 1st innings.

Noman Ali spin bowling failed England batting line up as five of its players could not go to double digits including two players who sent pavilion on duck.

Ben Stokes was highest scorer as he scored 37 runs.

Yesterday, Pakistan performance remained abysmal in second innings of second test against England as whole team bowled at 221 while giving England to chase 291 runs to win the test

No any player could stayed on the pitch only Salman Ali Agha scored handsome runs while he was bowled at 63 runs.

Pakistan had made 366 runs in first inning s while Pakistan have lead of 75 runs in the second innings.

Ben Duckett was prominent batter from England as he made a ton while he lost his wicket after scoring 114 runs.

A day earlier, England had taken control of the match with Ben Duckett’s century leading the visitors’ strong response to Pakistan’s opening score. However, Sajid’s brilliance has turned the tide in Pakistan’s favor.

The right-arm off-break bowler dismissed centurion Duckett, Harry Brook, Joe Root and Ollie Pope to turn the tide in favour of the hosts.

Before that, the Shan Masood-led side got out for 366 with debutant Kamran Ghulam top-scoring for the hosts with a fluent 118 and Saim Ayub contributing 77.

Spinner Jack Leach (4-114) and seamer Brydon Carse (3-50) impressed with the ball for England, who are 1-0 up in the three-Test series.
