Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered additional attorney general to present founding chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) into the court at 3 pm to hold its meeting with his counsels in the contempt of the court case.
Justice Aijaz Ishaq Khan heard the contempt of the court case over not holding Imran Khan meeting with his lawyers on the court order.
The Judge said that to carry out security arrangements for presenting Imran Khan in the court.
Justice Aijaz Ishaq Khan said “I know you will not follow my order but let me order at least.”.
Superintendent Jail himself appeared before the court without any incident, similarly he can present Imran Khan, the Judge said.
If you not bring him (Imran Khan) today then you will apprise the court reason behind it, the Judge added.
The court also summoned joint secretary of the interior ministry along with record. While the court also issued notice to attorney general office for court assistance.
