Karachi: A security personnel in a assassination attempt shot fired on foreigners injuring two of them seriously as they have shifted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU) while the perpetrator fled from the scene.
The police have arrested four security personnel deputed on foreigners security over negligence and carelessness.
Whereas the firing incident occurred in a private textile company .
The injured have been shifted to the Liaqut National Hospital wherein they were receiving medical treatment.
Over initial interrogation it revealed that a security personnel shot fired on foreigners.
Before this a quarrel happened and heated words exchanged between the security personnel and the foreigners Chinese.
The police apprised that the incident occurred at a place where there were no CCTV camera. However the police inspected footage’s of the other cameras in the area and released a photograph of perpetrator.
Police pickets have deployed all over the city after running away of the culprit.
While the city entry and exit points are being checked while the police have also started snap checking across the city.
The injured Chinese citizens have been shifted to ICU while CT scans and other tests have been conducted.
A team of doctors are making the report of the injured.
