Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday today, approved bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana 2 case.
The IHC Judge Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the toshakhana 2 case.
After hearing the arguments from both the sides, the honourable judge approved bail of Imran Khan against two surety bond of Rs one million each.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb ordered that if the accused is not facing other case then released him from the prison.
