Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday approved transit bail of Opposition leader in National Assembly and member of the National Assembly (NA) Faisal Ameen.
The PHC Justice Shakeel Ahmed heard the case.
The court has ordered to not to arrest the the duo till December 21.
While the honorable judge remarked that all the issues be resolved sitting in the parliament.He went on to say that whenever some thing untoward happens it harms the country and one injured or dead is son of the soil.
Justice Shakeel said to Omar Ayub ” You are an Opposition leader you have to be more responsible.”
Omar Ayub has said that he is the Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA) and a member of judicial commission.
Talking to media outside the Peshawar High Court (PHC) Omar Ayub said that an FIR of motorcyle theft lodged against him.
The Opposition Leader in the NA said that the US arms were used against Pakistani citizens and he demanded an inquiry of the matter.
He apprised that his vehicle is still missing adding we were not armed and didn’t got to conquer a fort.
He announced that he will lodge cases against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, Inspector General (IG) Punjab and District Police Officer (DPO) Attock.
