Islamabad: High court issued notice to Bushra Bibi on bail cancellation of (FIA) in Tosha Khana case 2.
Judge of Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzaib heared the case of bail cancellation of Bushra Bibi’s in Tosha Khana case 2. During hearing FIA prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas expressed his remarks.
The FIA prosecutor told the court that Bushra Bibi is misusing the bail granted by the Islamabad High Court and she does not appear in most of the hearings of the trial court, so her bail should be cancelled.
On the request of FIA, the court issued a notice to Bushra Bibi and sought her reply and adjourned the hearing till next week.
