Peshawar: PHC extended the interim bails of Member National Assembly Shandana Gulzar and other PTI leaders.
Peshawar High Court Justice SM Atiq Shah and Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah heard the petitions for details of the cases of Shandana Gulzar, Junaid Akbar, Asif Khan, Fazal Muhammad Khan, Salim-ur-Rehman and others.
During the hearing, the petitioners’ lawyers said that the petitioners have approached the court for the details of the cases, on which the court asked the Deputy Attorney General whether you have submitted a report about the cases.
The Deputy Attorney General said that some time should be given and he would submit a report on the next hearing, on which Justice SM Atiq Shah remarked that the negotiations have already started.
During the hearing, the counsel of the petitioners said, bench number one has granted bail till January 21 in similar applications, on which the court remarked that it has been granted by this bench, we are granting it till 16th.
Later, the court extended the interim bails of PTI leader Shandana Gulzar and other accused till January 16.
