Pakistan extend ban on the use of airspace for indian flights

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has extended the ban on the use of airspace for Indian flights until June 24

According to Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), the ban on the use of Pakistani airspace by Indian flights has been extended until 4:59 AM on June 24.PAA states that all aircraft registered, operated, owned, or leased by India will remain under the restriction.The authority also mentioned that the ban will apply to Indian military aircraft as well, and no flights operated by Indian airlines or under Indian operators will be allowed to use Pakistani airspace.

It is noteworthy that following the Pulwama attack, during the heightened tensions between the two countries, Pakistan had closed its airspace to Indian flights for one month starting April 24.
