Washington: The U.S. Immigration Department has issued a new warning for those planning to enter the United States, announcing the enforcement of a stricter policy regarding visa and green card cancellations.
According to the department, individuals involved in terrorism, inciting violence, or participating in such activities will not be allowed to stay in the United States. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that anyone residing in the country illegally is considered a criminal.
He further emphasized that those who break the law will face cancellation of their visas and green cards. Additionally, visas will not be granted to students who come with the intention of participating in protests or creating unrest.
This new policy underscores the U.S. government’s zero-tolerance approach towards illegal residency and security threats.
